MISSION/GOAL:
To glorify God through the planning and conducting of the worship services of Grace Lutheran Church, as well as maintaining the equipment/supplies required to conduct said services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Ensuring services are in keeping with Lutheran teachings, using varying, appropriate liturgies employing word and music
~ Coordinating special music
~ Tuning/maintenance of instruments
~ Maintenance of banners and paraments
~ Cleaning of brass/maintaining candle oil
DREAMS OF THE COMMITTEE:
~ More involvement/participation by the congregation at large in worship services
~ More participation by the youth of the congregation
~ Development of a Children’s Choir
~ More and varied special music
~ Development of a “contemporary” service for occasional use
