Mission/Goals: To construct, maintain and/or repair physical structures, grounds, and certain equipment plus maintain an inventory of all properties as required or directed by the congregation council, and to provide an inviting, welcoming and comfortable physical setting for our congregation and the community.

Responsibilities/Activities:
- Make regular inspections of buildings and grounds, including the parsonage;
- Maintain buildings, grounds, various equipment of the church and the parsonage;
- Ensure proper heating and cooling of the church and of the parsonage;
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all church property;
- Develop annual budget proposals for the church, grounds and the parsonage;
- Analyze, promote and initiate/manage major improvements to the church, parsonage and grounds.
